Return policy

  1. Please inspect the contents of your package as soon as your order arrives. We always want you to be happy with the product you buy from us. If the product you receive is defective, damaged or incomplete. To initiate return one need to inform us within 48 hours of the order received.
  2. To inform us please write to us at – sales@robitenterprises.com or call us at- 9953702502 (between 10:00 am to 7:30 pm) and we will either ask you to send the product to us and we will send you it’s replacement or if the product is not in stock then we will transfer money to your bank account within 5 business days.
  3. In case we ask you to send back the product then we will also bear the shipping cost. We may also ask you to send photographs of the damaged product.
    Returns can be only in case of genuine defects and as long as the product is unused and not washed.
  4. Refund will be done through online mode in 6-7 working days. Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Return Policy.
    If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Return Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and may forthwith leave and stop using the Platforms.
  5. The terms contained in this Return Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for the purchase of Product(s) on the Platforms.
  6. We do not accept cancellation and return. Return will be possible only in case of genuine defects and as long as the product is unused and not washed.
